The complex
is located in the centre of Playa del Ingles, only 200 metres away
from the most important shopping centres in the area (Kasbah, Plaza
de Maspalomas) and 150 meters away from the beach promenade.
Las Olas Apartments were built in 1968 by the architect Manuel de
la Peña, known by his rationalist style, but they have been
recently restored.
The accommodation at Las Olas consists of two double rooms apartments
with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
The complex facilities are: two heated swimming-pools, one for adults
and one for children and an unheated, slightly cooler third pool as
well.
